I conduct thorough assessments of your organization's strategic documents. Working with key stakeholders I will then develop tailored strategies and action plans to address gaps, promote inclusivity, and guide you towards achieving your DEI goals.

I will evaluate your existing policies and ensure they align with DEI principles and best practise. I will guide you on your journey in crafting new, inclusive policies and guidelines. My goal is to establish a solid framework that promotes fairness, diversity, and equal opportunities within your sports environment.
